Sales Agent Recommendation Margaret River Way

Hello

It's been so long since I've been on here I had to figure out how to write a new post!

Just advised today our tenant is moving out in 8 weeks so I've decided to sell.

I only wrote Margaret River as a lot of people know where that is. The property is in Bridgetown, South West, Western Australia (about an hour from Margaret River).

Can anyone please recommend a Sales Agent to me? - down to earth, no fluff, no BS. I was an agent in WA (past life), have sold most privately over the years, still in the industry so i think I've "heard it all". I just simply want to sell my investment property...........hopefully to an agent who has a waiting list of buyers of course!

Your recommendations will be appreciated.

Anyone?!.............

I had to laugh because not even my friends or family who live that way can recommend anyone. Their reason is more so because they know the agent has to deal with me, but also because they wouldn't actually recommend anyone down there. I hope someone can!

Not sure if she knows anyone in Bridgetown, but rest assure Jo is down the line dinky die and wouldnt recommend anyone she wasnt confident in.
