Save this date! - I will be doing a live speaking event on the 15th August

You have probably noticed by now, I am not so big on the public speaking front?

Why? I am not too sure, I just know I am not a fan of rah rah seminars etc and it doesn’t fit well for me.

I have been asked by a good friend of mine who organises a property catch up regularly to come and talk to the group of investors, which I have agreed to for August. This is not a commercial event, it is run by individual investors and I will be attending just to discuss a little about myself and my journey and how I have been able to use property as a vehicle to exit the workforce at the age of 24.

Where is it located? Parramatta RSL @ 6:45 on the 15th August.
Cost? The organisers have to pay for room hire and being non commercial they get everyone to chip in $10.

What will I be talking about?
- Mindset
- Planning
- Finance
- Finding properties
- What to look for in properties
- Negotiation
- Properties I have purchased personally
- Market overview for next 12 – 24 months
- What I am purchasing currently

I will be taking questions and answers also.

If you have wanted to know more about myself and what I do, investing, network with other investors, find out whats happening in the market place or simply ask that pertinent question come along on the 15th August.

Due to arrangements for room size, tables, seating etc please email me on [email protected] or reply to show your interest to attend so I can let them know rough numbers.

Look forward to seeing you there!

By whose high moral standards? (dwelling in the high moral ground?)

I'm just so over the spruiking on here. Especially by beginners.

It was also supposed to be humorous. And will you be a good boy and stop stalking me? Thanks

.....as usual, rude as hell.....you're an embarrassment to yourself.

It was very worthwhile. I would recommend for anyone, regardless of their experience to see Nathan speak (on the rare occasions that he does).

For those that don't know, Nathan is 26 and has 40 properties in his portfolio. He specialises in purchasing undervalued property, doing a cheap reno ($7-10k including new kitchen and bathroom) and renting for neutral / positive gearing. He then revalues the property to release the equity and moves onto the next deal.

I think everyone knows Nathan is not a beginner.

I enjoyed the night. Well done Nathan. You're an inspiration.

Wish I had your energy and determination. I've felt like it was Friday since Monday.:D

I think Evand might just be jealous of Nathan's success.

No....i think he was poking fun at the "Save this date!" line. Probably found it annoying. I kinda had the same feeling. Typically seminar-lines are a big turn off.

Considering i know people that have been investing and in business for 20-30 years, have probably lost more than Nathan has made, and don't do seminars, (why do a seminar?) in that context Nathan is a beginner.

When you young guys get a bit more experience under your belt, you'll know what i mean.

And...i congratulate Nathan for what he has done at his age, how could you not....but whats this rock star thing about videos and seminars? Whats that all about?

And jealous? You're kidding. I rarely go on about my achievements on here (pretty rare around here i know), but if i did, you would realise its not jealousy.

I hope you're not implying Nathan is a beginner? If so, maybe you should do more research..

lol,

You dont do seminars, good for you. No need to be a smart a$$ about it. You comments purly come across as you are to good to be attending, if that was the real case then stop being a fool and posting usless crap or making out that your better than someone else.

Nathan is very helpfull regardless of if you go to his seminars or not.

Maybe he could re name his post: "Newbies!! Save This date!!"

No, not all. If you think that that's your problem.

But i cant see why Nathan needs to tell the forum to "save this date" when the forum is full of successful people who probably went to seminars 10 years ago.

Just a bit weird i thought.

there u go again.

sorry were all newbies and to not good enough for you.
