Recently the apartment I own had its main door key fobs changed (with a special levy imposed on the owners of course!). I was wondering whether as a landlord (or for my managing agent) whether I need to order an additional set of fobs. The tennants has been issued with 2 already. Do i need to order an additional one to keep with the agent or does the 2 suffice?
