Self Managed Properties - Forms

Hi, I'm a newbie to the forum....we have 4 investment properties which we have decided to have a go at managing ourselves.

I've found all the forms we need for the Qld properties on www.rta.qld.gov.au (excellent site with lots of info btw) but I'm having trouble tracking down NSW forms.

I've found sites that sell them for a fee - does anyone know where they can be obtained for free or nominal cost?

I believe NSW forms can be purchased at a newsagency and bond forms can be dowloaded from the government website that deals with tenancies (I think it is called CTTT)

sage, how do you intend to manage a property yourself when you're interstate?

Try This site it does have a small fee but i found the forms to be very useful
