Self Managing - Forms required

Hi All,

Just needing some direction, I have decided to self manage a couple of properties, one is in Sydney, one is in Victoria, does anyone know a quick and easy way to get all the forms required that I will require for leases and managing the tenancies?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just sent you a link to a site that has all the links to the documents you have specifically requested for the different states. Keith J deleted this for some unknown reason. It would have been of some use to you. It included sustainability declarations that you also now need all in the one place.

Has been a handy resource for me for WA forms (although I note that most of them are also available on the WA Dept Commerce site).

FYI, I don't use the paid service on this site (although I'm thinking about it) so I'm not necessarily recommending the full-site itself.

I also find their website very useful.
I've even used them to do a property inspection for my Qld IP - very happy customer!
I'll probably use them to find me a new tenant when the current tenant moves out...
