Self super

Does anyone know much about setting up a self superannuation fund to buy property? Any tricks or tips one should know about????

Any experience or advise could be most welcome.

had a little to do with such...but all the work done by accountant and smsf administation company.
wasnt to buy property, but wouldnt imagine thats any different.
very laborious, onerous, lots of compliance etc....would definately pay to use smsf administator, and be close to your accountant.
