I have a IP in the US, Lockport, NY state.
I am currently trying to sell it to fund a purchase back here in Aus.
Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with selling a US property?
Who is good to go with? Right now I have a listing with Genesis on their FSBO site but its not generating much traffic as very few people acutally look there
Second note.. is there anyone here on the forums that would be intersted in pruchasing a renovated 5br, cash positive property?
