Settlement in WA by non settlement agent

I am selling a property but I may be overseas at time of sale. I know that I can normally do my own settlement but want to know if someone else ( my daughter ) can do it for me in my absence. I know I will have to fill out a power of attorney form for her, but is there any other problems or issues. She knows what to do as she used to work in settlement agents office.
