Shower base repair/replacement

Hi guys,

My IP's shower base seems to be pooling water in one corner and the tenant has complained about the mould that builds up every week from it.

Any recommendations of who I should get the PM to arrange someone to inspect/fix the problem? i.e. handyman, plumber, or other?

I haven't been in there for a while so I'm not sure what type of base it is.

could be a few things I would want to see it or at very least ask your pm to take a bunch of photos to send you before you start forking out unknown dollars to tradie.

how well ventilated is it? my shower is very flat and water stays around for a fair while but is all good...
i have an exhaust fan right above the shower and a whirlie almost inline with that in the roof havent had moisture problems since

on this topic (and not to hijack the thread) - how many quotes would people get before telling PM to go ahead? Would people normally ask the PM to get the standard 3 quotes, or go with the handyman recommended by the PM?
