Signing a managing agreement - for a Trust

When signing a rental managing agreement with an agent & this is done via a Trust owning a property, would be managing agreement be drawn up as only "ABC Pty Ltd" or "ABC Pty Ltd ATF ABC Trust"?

In the name of the trustee. A trust doesn't exist, it is just a relationship.

You don't need to note the trust but there is no issue with doing so.
