Some of questions were difficult to answer - should we spend more on social welfare and education? Who is we? - Australia, USA, world?

If Australia then no to part a and yes to part b. Answer would be different if it was asking about world wide or the USA.

Anyhow some of the questions were skewy.I could take the test again with different results but meh,cbf.
