At the moment i'm looking at an industrial block which is leased to a national stock and station firm . The business is selling commercial fertiliser from out of silos and bunkers . It's been happening for years . Where the superphosphate has been dumped about the place not too much grows . The whole place has a sad look to it...
How would I deal with this issue if wanting to redevelop part of the site ? Say , to build a large shed suitable for trucks etc .
In the meantime I have looked at over 30 deals in the last two months and this is the only one that makes any real financial sense . Cashflow and opportunity from day one .
