I have a 'Renovation Toolkit' folder for sale that I won in a competition a while ago. It sells for about $400, I reckon brand new it's worth about $80, I'm selling it for $40. Been looked at only a few times, if you're into reno stuff, it might be worth a squizz.
I also have two financial calculators that have been used only once or twice. Both are in as new condition, except the packaging on one is a bit buggered, but packaging is no big deal. One is worth $90 brand new, and is going for $40. The other is worth $50 brand new, going for $20. Note, the $20 is solar powered only, but it works under lights as well as in the sun.
