Something is wrong with the SS Time?

I'm not sure if only I am getting this but the time on this forum is all wrong. Right now it's 11:23 PM AEST but the forum reads 10:16PM AEST. Is it just me or does anyone else get this?

This has been goin on for a couple of days now. A little confusing

I thought these forum programs syncronise their time directly off the internet time thingy.

Daylight saving used to finish on the last sunday of March. Now it's the first Sunday in April. That might be something to do with it.

Edit: but it's an hour and ten minutes out.

The NTP process on the server failed to start on the last reboot. Hopefully it's been fixed, so next reboot all will be fine.

It's not only SS. Woke up yesterday at a friends place and both mobiles
had adjusted for DLS.

Thanks telstra you stuffed it up again.

Still out now - have requested hosts look into this again.

Probably won't settle down completely until DST finishes
