South West WA coffee / investor catch up

Are there any forum members out there who live in the South West of WA and are interested in catching up informally for coffee / chat about all things property???

Would be keen to share ideas, motivation etc with like minded people.
Probably a bit dodgy posting on a forum but will arrange a public place for catch up etc....

hows the market going down there? i spoke to an agent a couple of weeks back and he reckons he had a few sales around the $5m mark. Cheap and premium seems to be ok but still a lot of middle stock

some of the re-zoned land on the waterfront has doubled in price.
