Spingvale South/Cheltham

We have also been looking in Springvale South and Cheltenham. Has anyone been looking in these areas and are these areas any good.

Take a good look at the demographic makeup of both these areas.

Talk about chalk and ch(in)eese ....these two couldn't be any more diverse!!!

That's pretty much what I was thinking too....

Cheltenham has 2 segments (as has Mentone) - the "beachside" of the highway (the expensive side) which also happens to have the train, and the "other side" (obviously cheaper). Ther area around Southland is also a bit pricier (for obvious reasons).
