Spreadsheet for working out cashflow etc?

Hi guys,

I'm just sitting down working out the net return for a couple of properties, and was wondering if there's a program or spreadsheet which works out cashflow if you enter in management fee rate, purchase price, rental, water rates, council rates, strata rates etc etc?

I was going to make a basic one but I'm sure there are some good ones out there already...

If you're trying to ensure no stone is unturned and detest excel then the Somersoft PIA software is definitely my preference.

I just purchased the somersoft PIA program and it makes life easier than using the excel spreadsheets and wondering if you have stuffed up a formula or missed something. It also has all the land tax, stamp duty etc all programmed in for the different states and I got 2 free books. Its been more than 10 years since I have read those so will have to take another look at them.
