Stafford Heights - Thinking of selling

I'm waiting for the right time to sell my property at Stafford Heights. I have noticed quite a lot of activity from RE.com.au in regards to a lot of lower end (350-450k) the properties being under contract.

Could any agents/interested parties provide any details on what is happening in Stafford Heights and whether it is the right time to sell.

Market is strong. What are you wanting to achieve. exit strategy?
If you need to sell its a good time as many buyers, but if you don't then worth keeping as prices are going up.
