Star Homes Victoria

Has anyone heard of Star Homes Victoria, built with them or purchased a home that was built by them?

I'm looking at purchasing a 4 year old home that was built by Star Homes Victoria in Ballarat and wondering what sort of build quality I could expect. I'd obviously be getting a building inspection however don't want to incur the cost of the inspection if it's already known if their build quality is poor.

Any of these cheap home builders use cheap construction

However why would you buy a 4 year old house in Ballarat. If you were going to buy in a regional area I would be buying something to renovate. The capital growth in a property like this will be low.
