I just wanted your thoughts on purchasing strata title Industrial units as I'm seeing quite a number of them coming on the market lately (possible due to where we are at in the cycle but I'll leave that question for another time).
Specifically, what are the advantages and disadvantages and are they similar to any normal strata property such as a resi unit (which I would normally shy away from).
Also, same question above but on the differences between a normal widespan factory versus a factory with offices/showroom attached to the front (see two pic's below)
Which might appear to a wider audience and maybe subsequently easier to rent in the future?
