surveyor - geoff golledge from rennie golledge.
been using him for years and very good. if you want, he can do the whole thing for you - but, if you have time, the experience of doing yourself is priceless - so he will do up a plan of the proposed subdivision, let you know all the processes you need to go thru and off your trot with your plans under your arm to water board, mines subsidence, council etc
and, at each of those places, the staff will let you know exactly what you need to do as your next step. i find the government staff in newcastle to be very helpful and friendly.
