Subject to change of title

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has contracted to purchase an IP subject to change of title? This was mentioned to me as an option (if the vendor agrees to wait for title change from Moiety to Torrens).

This then allows borrowing of 80-95% on Torrens rather than 70% on Moiety. Can anyone recommend a good property lawyer in Adelaide?
