Suburb median prices - past 10 years..

Is this kind of thing widely available and considered free?

Are these numbers generated by several different companies (E.g. residex, RPData, APM etc) and they each come up with their own figures which vary?

Are there any sites where I can freely look up the median price of any particular suburb for the past 10 years?

If I wanted to put this kind of info on my own web site, would this be considered something I would typically have to go and pay for through a data company such as RPData etc?
