Suburbs with subdivision potential in PERTH

Hey All,

I am investigating combining a subdivision with my next reno project and was hoping we could all put our heads together to brain storm on suburbs that have the potential ie. availability of suitable Block size and zoning, age of dwellings (older suitable for reno), lifstyle in area shifting to smaller block sizes => demand for subdivided block.

Is there an easy way to find a comprehesive list of such suburbs ?

The easiest way is contact the local councils and ask them what suburbs are they soon to be rezoning that will increase the residential densities.

A few other suburbs to consider, Gosnells, armadale, high wycombe, forrestfield, midland, morley, bassendean, balga, mirrabooka.
