suggest brisbane RE agent

Howdy all,

Any suggestions on sales agents working in or around Chermside? Basically RE agents can make or break a project or atleast waste a lot of ones time so I am hoping to leverage off someones previous good experience (or bad). Basically looking for an agent that returns calls, actually does something and does expect a sale to simply walk in the door (any developers out there will know what i mean).
