Help reading Surveyor report
Hi ,
I've just had a survey done on one of my properties. Part of the survey was finding the natural ground level to determine if I can raise any higher than I am now.
The email came through late today, and haven't had the chance to talk to the surveyor about the report. I'm not sure what I am looking at to determine the current height. I think from memory my town plan allows 8.5m to the eaves. But I might be wrong on that.
I have two "RL" numbers. One for floor level and one for the roof pitch. Is this what determines the height?
