For our newer members, this is a social gathering in a relaxed environment - come along, have a chat over drinks and/or dinner - it's a great opportunity to socialise with other investors, network, ask lots of questions and learn.
This month we have a special presentation from long-time forum member Karina who has been buying real estate in the USA and now runs a property sourcing business. Select American Homes facilitates the purchasing, renovating and tenanting of properties in the USA, they buy direct from the foreclosure market and pass on properties at the exact same price they sourced them for (charging only a facilitation fee).
