Is it true that a 'Sydney Water' landlord should have an annual check that the water flows at 9 Litres per minute?
Even if they have the correct fittings>
Is this written in stone?

Hi Seaford Sunshine,

No doesnt need to be done every 12 months but you need to sign off before a new tenant moves in that it only flows 9 lts every min. If you have installed once does a plumber need to verify for you? Good question but who re checks?
