Hello everyone, I'm a complete newbie here, and also very new to property as well. I've been looking around for an IP and was thinking government infrastructure might be a important factor for CG, and hence I'm looking at potential impact for Sydney's 2nd airport. From what I gathered, it probably brings new jobs, and transport update might be happening too to get passengers from airport to parra/penrith. Downside would be noise. I'm not sure how pros and cons weight against each other.
So, I'm thinking whether this gonna bring CG potential for area such as Liverpool, St Clair? If not, what are the suburbs that get most benefit from BC Airport?
