Who on the forum develops property, ie villas, ect?
I wanted some advice on how I can educate myself on the technical stuff.
To date I have only dealt with land however, in the future i would like to build too.
I am looking at starting a 2 year TAFE course in February. Do you think this will be useful??
I want to employ other people to do the work however, I still want the knowledge of reading plans, surveying ect.
