Telatra incorrectly listed a default, what should I do?

Use TIO always unless you want to subject yourself to call centre hell....

I had a issue with 3 mobile last year - default reverse and bill dropped - within days of getting TIO involved

I got another yesterday from Telstra (1st demand notice) for some alleged service I had 4 years ago - sent to TIO last night - got a call today from Telstra to sort out and get it dropped.

Its a flawed system that you have to call in a 3rd party to wave a stick around to get any action but ultimately it hits the supplier where it hurts - in fines to them for their poor service and non/slow resolution.

Ironically it seems to occur whenever looking at applying for a loan.....
