They will do exactly as we direct, perform cleaning,maintenace and repairs when necessary. Call in tradies when required.Shovel snow off stairs. Collect rent, make bank deposits,serve papers to tenants if required. Represent us in Tenancy Hearings if needed.Sign new tenants.
All this for 4 %.
This will be for 8 months of the year, when we are overseas.
