Terminating/Changing Overpriced Bodycorp

The strata manager should be preparing a 10 year sinking fund budget covering all the planned expenses eg insurance, grounds maintenance, cleaning etc then picking up the long term expenses like external painting, Window/gutter replacement etc
 
how many in the body corporate?
which state is it in? Queensland or another one?
lots of fixed fees with Queensland and requirements
do NOT get one with a on site manager ( adds upto $50/week to each unit owner in fees.

it is not a question of just voting it down to say? $50/week. sinking fund, admin fund, insurance, body corporate managers fees etc.
