I just wanted to say thank you again! I have been really focusing on a lot of points raised in that thread and it has paid off. Just got my 3rd email of thanks for my professionalism & diligence. It feels fantastic just to get a thank you after much hard work so thank you everyone, you really helped me raise the bar!
