Hiya, we are looking to build a PPOR with a view to renting it in the future. We have looked at "The Observatory" in Reedy Creek. It seems to be a nice development - lots of trees, nice native landscaping. I've done a lot of looking at established houses but am new to the new development kind of thing. Any views would be appreciated.
