Those Annoying Real Estate Agents

Many agents don't know a lot about the property they are marketing. I have often asked questions about a property which I consider to be fairly basic (size, age of the house, rates, boundaries etc) and got blank looks. Very unprofessional. Lollies at open houses on the other hand, are much appreciated.

An agent a couple of months ago wasn't aware whether or not the unit came with a garage!

Many are just roped in to cover open houses, some who aren't even registered agents. I don't mind if the person writing down names can't help me, but at least have someone there who can!!

I agree Building block, your buying a bloody multi $000,000 property, sometimesthe buyer wants to hear some facts as well as "beautiful kitchen"
