Thought I was in with a winner

The following property was advertised the other day for sale. I think it was the first day it went up.

I sent the property agent a post and was about to quickly ask her to prep a contract.

She replied to me and said,.......

Sorry sir, there was an error putting it on Realestate.com. It shouldn't be advertised for $385,000, it really should be $485,000.

It has since been corrected.

Dooh.

I was thinking of the profit on this one after a quick strata.

Oh well, back to the search engine.

Any other guys have this happen to them, with mistakes on real estate web sites?

It happened when the unit across the road was for sale. It had listed $395k - $410, but was meant to be $495 - 510k haha.

I went to have a look, because the street was full of cars, could barely get in my driveway. Upon entering, there was a sign that mentioned the mistake, and apologised for any inconvenience .
