Hi all, going to be renting out a property soon and have been in discussion with some PM's who use TICA and or TRA databases and wanted to find out the differences.
1) TICA - Does all the standard tenant checks but they also have a public record database? Does anyone know if they run their own public record database or do they just query Veda / Dunn & Brad Sheet at the time you check a tenant and then store the persons details?
2) TRA - This seems to be just tenant record checks with the TRA database no public record database info.
If anyone has any other information I would interested to hear about it.
