To sell now or not to sell, this is my dilemma

Hi everyone,

I have a dilemma of deciding whether to sell my PPOR due to being close to Victoria East West Link new project due to start in 2015

Although there's lots of objections from local council and residents but my view is project is a definite is just matter of finalising the design and the impact on local traffic .

Property is on main road. Distance is <1km from the ramp. My only perceived benefit is quicker access to Eastern suburbs as I am already in inner city suburb.If I decide to withstand the local traffic interruptions during the construction period, what is general view regarding property value after the project completed.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated .
 
It's a bit like a bush fire plan: either decide to get out, and get out early; or stay and do whatever is needed to make best of the situation.

I love that advert on the TV with the people discussing the need to make their plan in a smouldering house.
