T TMNT 11th Dec, 2014 #3 what info would you like? its just a site that im looking at , dimensions, just wondering how you could get three on there? if possible? two at the front? with a path way between them or the side?? or some other wacky design? im sure its an easy one for seasoned developers, but not for me

D.T. 11th Dec, 2014 #4 Which area / state is it in? For one of mine in SA I asked my surveyor what would be possible and he did the homework on it for me. It was borderline on whats allowed so offered to go to council with me to discuss/clarify further.

D D_One 11th Dec, 2014 #6 It depends more on the council, they may have restrictions on building envelope, setback, shading, overlook. If your other due diligence checks out, why don't you consult a town planner or drafts person to do preliminary investigation?
