do you guys know any good tradies in central coast?
Works will be:
Render
Bathroom floor tiling
Timber flooring
Fencing
Painting
Cleaning front yard (removing bush)

I have spoken to a Builder called Marty 0415713674 who lives in Umina who seems reasonable, he came to a property and gave me quotes on what he thought it would cost to do some reno and repairs.

A builder recently finished an internal renovation in Toukley for me, included:

- new kitchen
- new bathroom
- interior paint
- flooring
- roofing

Very happy with the cost and workmanship. Believe another SS member is using him too.

I use another contact for landscaping in the area.
