triangular plot of land

Hi,

Seeking some opinions here.

Do buyers typically offer lesser for a triangular plot of land? size is around 800m2, 3 sides 9of the triangle are equal. Frontage is wide.

Sometimes they go for more. Isosceles blocks are hard to come by.

For me personally, it would depend on the 'feel' of the block.
If the isosceles were so big that I couldn't even feel it (think of an isosceles the size of an acre), I wouldn't care.
If it were small and made me feel funnelled-in by the corners of the triangle, then maybe yes.
