Trouble contacting CBA today?

Given this is just about trying to get the Commonwealth on the phone it is probably off topic for the other forums.

Is anyone else having trouble, maybe it just me but every attempt today (~10) has ended with "sorry there's been a technical problem please call back later..." and a disconnection.

hehe, maybe lots of people locking in rates before the next rise and they're overwhelmed

I was lucky...I have the mobile of my branch manager.

She locked in my loan over the phone yesterday at 7pm!!!

It wasn't just me, apparently they had a major phone problem yesterday and dropped 75% of all callers
