My GF is currently trying to sell her purple titled apartment. Purple title means you cant take a loan agsinst it so it must be brought with either cash or by using the equity froma nother property.
The property is a simple renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Innaloo, WA. Similar Strata Titled apartments are selling for around $310,000 but we have listed this one at from $269,000.00. It was previously rented at $300 pw. The apartment has been on the market for about 3 weeks now and had about 6 people through the first home open but since then it has 2 more home opens with not 1 person coming through.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? The ad on realestate is at the below address
