Hi guys, in the process of buying a PPOR.
House has had some renovations with a new garage. Have got council approvals they all seem okay.
With the approvals for these extensions, there is a plan for the rest of the house. In the old section of the house, there is a wall which has been removed between a bathroom and the master bedroom to make an ensuite.
Purchase was subject to structure inspection, which showed no issue. Was also subject to all improvements having relevant approvals.
The house is in WA. I am wondering, if the wall has been removed, do i have any standing to ask for an approval for this? Else a reduction in the purchase price?
