Unit block buyer's agent in Sydney

Looking for a recommendation for a buyer's agent to assist with the research, purchase, renovation and leasing of a block of 4-8 units in Sydney's eastern suburbs or lower north shore.

If you've worked with them, would love to hear what they bought for you, how the renovation went, etc.

Chris Gray does this for himself and his clients in the eastern suburbs. I've not engaged his services tho. The one thing he does well is buy unit blocks that have the potential to add additional units either to the rooftop or the existing carpark/common property.
