I wasn't sure where to post this. It probably doesn't count as innovative, so feel free to move this thread

I was searching for properties on real estate.com and found a car park for sale. It's located in Melbourne (Fitzroy Street) and was selling for 'Best Offer Over $15,000'

"use it as an investment (possible income up to $150 per month / 12% yield)"

I was just curious to hear some thoughts on this offer?
Has anyone here bought, or considered buying a parking space?

carparks are difficult to resell. There are a lot for sale in Fitzroy st, and they have been for some time.

Thanks for those links. Good to hear what some of the experienced investors have to say about it.
I had never thought about it until I saw the listing.

Another thing which is showing up alot is student accommodation... which did get a reference in one of those threads.
I can't imagine these being a particularly good investment. But I'll search the forum before making any conclusions.
