Urgent PC Help Needed Please

I've done the following things to Dads new PC before taking it to him this afternoon to Newcastle!! -
*Installed Publisher 2000 (he's currently got MSOffice 2003 installed but no Publisher)
*Entered contacts in to Outlook
*And given him a folder full of clipart.

I'm now getting the following error when opening Outlook -
A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?
Line 297
Error class not registered.
Yes No

If I choose No the message goes away but pops up next time you open Outlook. If I choose Yes a new menu pops up where I have to choose a debugger. There's only 1 to choose and it's already ticker. It's - New Instance of Microsoft Script Editor. Do you want to debug using the selected debugger? Yes No

If I choose no it returns to the original error message. If I choose Yes a new screen comes up.

New screen is MS Visual Studio Debugger with a pop up on top with buttons Break, Continue, Ignore which is greyed out & Help.

Help explains what the buttons mean but does nothing. Can't use ignore. Break makes the popup disappear. Pressing Continue doesn't seem to do anything. Nothing changes, popup remains etc.

The line with the problem is -
document.all.dataScript.innerHTML = windows.external.GetData();

And the process is MSOffice blah blah blah oulook.exe

I have no idea what to do next and don't want to give Dad a PC with an annoying problem.

Help!!
