Vacancy Rates

Recently, there have been reports that the Sydney vacancy rates have dropped to 0.8% and 0.7%, for metropolitan and inner city, respectively. Just wondering, where I could get some data from? And anyway I can get more specific figures e.g. for Western Sydney?

you have to sign up to access the vacancy rate result

in terms of sydney, they only provide result for Inner, Middle, Outer regions, which correspond to 5km radius from cbd, 10 and 10+ I think
