Yes, I think I have. I got an email fm the PM this morning, they are 2-3 weeks behind in rent and not returning her calls.

I am now wanting a detailed investigation by the PM, as to why these nice tenants turned bad. I don't think the Ref checks were done properly, as the company he works for does not exist in the yellow/white pages, no ABN, or no google either.

It might be time to find another PM, that knows how to screen tenants properly.

Sounds like the PM didn't bother with ref checks from the employer. Tis sad. Time for a new PM methinks.
